Independent artist Zandra Brown was born in Guyana, South America.  She grew up listening to a diverse array of artist like Tina Turner, The Beatles and Bob Marley who were inspirational in her passion for music. When she came to America with her family at the age of 18, she never lost her dream of reaching out to others through music and entertainment. After some disappointing friendships and a lack of superior direction, Zandra began to seek deeper answers and meaning for her future.

While singing in her church choir she realized that God had given her other gifts and talents that sparked her already self-driven enthusiastic, high energy personality.  In May of 2008, her career progressed to songwriting.  She wrote her first song "I Will Not Be Shaken" which was inspired by some difficult times in her life.

Zandra Brown's style of music has a soulful combination of pop,  rock, funk and blues to enhance her unique take on modern "Adult Contemporary/Christian" sound.  Beside Christian radio acknowledgment, her music can also be cross-over  to secular radio playing, due to the universal content.  She will capture your attention with her powerful voice and stage presence.  Zandra’s music is personal and comes from deep within her soul.   Her desire is to awaken your questionable thoughts, so if you are looking to connect with her lyrics on your own emotions, then get ready to feel the pain, dance for joy, sing praise and rejoice as you enjoy the music of Zandra Brown.
